When you create an account we collect your name, email, phone number and country. We do not collect more than what is needed to verify your identity and set up a wallet for UPI or Paytm deposits.

Cookie Usage and Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which lobby sections you visit most. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel; disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to deposit or play.

Payment Data Security

UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We store only a masked reference number and the transaction status — your full UPI handle or Paytm PIN never touches our servers.

Data Retention Period

We retain account records for as long as your account is active and for a further period required by applicable law. Once that window closes and you have requested deletion, we purge your personal identifiers from our live systems within 30 days.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with processors necessary to run the service — payment gateways for UPI and Paytm, identity verification providers, and fraud-prevention systems. Each processor signs a data agreement and is prohibited from using your data outside the defined scope.

Your Right to Access and Correct

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time. If any detail is inaccurate — such as a phone number or address — submit a correction request through live chat or the Help Centre form and we will update it within 14 days.
